I have had the internship and working experiences in Chemical Fertilizer Plant in July, 2009, and Yan’an Petroleum Refinery in July, 2010. From October to now, I participated a project in my school, mainly concentrating on synthesis of Fe-Ni-Al pillared clay catalyst and analyst of its characters. It is still going on very well. These experiences have initiated me to work in clay catalyst and its characters, which demand me to learn more about it. As a consequence, I am presently completing a Bachelor Degree Program, and ready to take opportunity to take more learning and research in your school. I see my future graduate education and research at your school as relevant and important.
My interests are diverse and I recognize that there is much to learn catalyst regarding as a whole. Three areas of specific interest for me include waste water disposal, green energy and solutions to green house emission.
Currently, I have had the opportunity to act as a member of the project for synthesis of Fe-Ni-AL pillar clay catalyst in Nanjing University. This has allowed me access to detailed data measuring and experimenting. This experience has re-inspired my passion to become more involved in catalyst field.
I am interested in research and professional development. Specifically, I am interested in discovering none polluting methodologies to dispose waste water and provide tools to help more people to develop their potential regarding green energy.

What are the differences between professional goals and objectives?
Objectives are tangible and detailed in every way. The one who sets the objectives is clear about what is desired. In business there could be several objectives not necessarily to earn profits. There are social objectives and human objectives too. Social objectives center around, supplying quality products, correct pricing, not exploiting the supply and demand ratio, not indulging in illegal activities, evading taxes, etc. . The human objectives cannot be ignored. A happy employee can be an asset to an organization. The objective therefore is to look at the needs of an employee and keep him happy and enthusiastic about his responsibilities. A whole Department is dedicated to looking into the needs of the Organisation's employees.
Goals on the other hand are tools one uses to reach ones objectives within a time frame, One needs to set parameters, for each objective that has to be reached. Goal setting is a process - a route to achievement of the Company's objectives.

Goals set strategies that are required for an organization to stay in business. This is a huge responsibility which entails market research, competitors' activities, keeping an eye on shift in government policies, performance appraisal of those connected with achieving the objectives. Product Research and Development is yet another area that comes under the umbrella of goals, a goal to get the best deal for the Organisation.
Goals and objectives go hand in hand one cannot survive without the other.
